Sunday School:
Our Sunday school runs from the Sunday after Labor Day until the last week of school. The children gather at 10AM on Sunday mornings for an hour of growing in their faith. Sunday school does not meet the Sundays that there is a three day, or more, weekend at the public school (check the "Calendar" tab for exact details).
High School Youth (7th-12th Grade):
Our youth meets once a month (check the "Calendar" tab for exact date). Typically we eat together, study in God's word, and then play games. All children of this age are welcome to participate in our youth group.
St. Olaf's Coat Closet:
If you are in need of coats, hats, gloves, scarves, and/or snow boots, during the winter months, we may have what you need. The coat closet is open Monday through Friday, 9AM to 4PM, during the months of October, November, December, January, February, and March. Enter through the office entrance and go straight up the stairs; you can't miss the coat closet.
Coffee and Fellowship:
After our 9:00 worship (check the "Worship Time" tab to see what months these are) you can join us downstairs in our fellowship hall for cake, coffee, and fellowship.
Morning Prayer:
The first Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday of the month (check the "Calendar" tab for exact date) we gather at 9AM for Morning Prayer. This is a time for us to lift up needs and folks, of our community, in prayer.
Prayer Shawl Ministry:
If you are a pro at handwork or not. We meet in the parlor/family room of St. Olaf (downstairs) to make prayer shawls. We meet on the Third Thursday at Two (right before Food for the Soul). This ministry does not meet in the months of June, July, and August.
Food for the Soul:
An untraditional Bible study with food, fellowship, prayer, and God's Word. We meet in the kitchen on the Third Thursday at Three Thirty. Every month we learn a new recipe and prepare that recipe during the Bible study. After our diving in the Word, we eat what we have prepared and enjoy a great time of fellowship.
Turkey Dinner:
Every February we put on a family style turkey dinner. We have plenty to eat and folks waiting with a smile to serve you and your family. The money raised from this event helps to fund our children to go to camp and we have been known to send our synod a check once a year to help with alleviating seminary debt for first call pastors in Western North Dakota. This event usually falls on the second Sunday in February from 11AM until 2PM. Be on the lookout for when tickets go on sale.
Spaghetti Supper & Bingo:
Join us for our annual Spaghetti Supper and Bingo on the first Friday in November. Supper is served from 5:30 until 7:00 and bingo starts at 7:00 and usually ends by 9:00. The money raised from this event is used for different outreach needs.
Vacation Bible School:
Vacation Bible School always begins on the last Sunday in July and lasts until that Thursday. Camp Counselors from Upper Missouri Ministries come on site to lead this fun and exciting event each year. Children of the community and surrounding communities are always welcome.
